Online Terms Of Sale
The following terms of sale apply to all our online sales:
Payment Methods Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.
Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes In addition to all purchases a $298.00 documentation fee will apply. In-state buyers will pay a $25.00 smog check fee, a $28.25 title fee and state taxes. Out of state buyers will pay an $8.25 drive away permit fee plus document and title fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We can be contacted at 702-260-9072 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
